I camped in space…

And survived. We had a blast (pun totally intended) at the NASA camp in. It was a little wild, but fun and fascinating. Pictures are coming….Aaron took lots of them, but they are currently in raw format.
We slept in an exhibit hall that housed space artefacts, had astronauts flying from the ceiling and thousands of twinkling stars above. All the boys were so tired at lights out no one made a peep, just a symphony of snores.
Yesterday we skipped church for some rest and family time. The boys and I watched Meet the Robinson’s (we loved the book first, and have checked it out many times from the library.) It was a really great movie, and had me bawling at the end. I love Brad Bird, who also directed Iron Giant, and The Incredibles, because his tone is more of a realistic one when dealing with human relationships with the world. If you haven’t seen it, do. It’s very heartwarming and spunky.

I’ve been waiting to hear about NASA. It sounds so fun! It’s funny that you mentioned bawling during the movie… read my blog entry from today.
