Happy Tofurkey Day!
Today I am thankful that I don’t have to eat tofurkey ever again, and that someone else is doing the cooking. I just have to make this, hop in the car and head off to my sister-in-law’s house. (Hopefully today will be an UP day.) Personally I like to start extended family holidays with a two drink minimum. Now, I will say a fleeting prayer for my arteries and revel in this day of deliciousness and triannual domestic squable(s.)

Good God why did you ever eat Tofu Turkey? That’s wrong.
I don’t ordinarily need to, but I did have a glass of wine on the way to J’s parents house. Not into it with them this year.
