Back on the wagon
So, I did my little work out video, and felt the burn. Then ate my hamster food.
I am so bad about putting everything else as a priority before myself. Most moms do I’m sure. Everyone feels better when the exercise and eat well, it’s just the getting going part.
My bike finnally made it home (thank you Sharissa!!!) and it is so nice. I’m gonna have to do a little bit of work to it, but it will be really good for me to change up my work outs. I don’t do well with repitition. A little walking, a little biking, some stregth training and I am good to go.
The work out video I do has yoga and cardio which I love. I’m trying to get back into a groove so that I won’t embarrass myself when I step foot into a yoga class again.
I have a great little message board that is mamas only I go to for support. It’s called “whole and healthy bodies.” There are some really amazing women on there.
So, I’m giving away all the leftover cupcakes and candy to Klancey, my skinniest friend (evil grin) to remove temptation from the house. Hahaha!
