Last night we watched a documentary film called “Rize,” and it was SO good. It’s about this newish dance movement in inner city LA. It’s called clowning, and Krunk. I know this sounds nuts, but I absolutely love learning about cultures, and peoples lives. That’s probably why documentary films are among my favorite types of movies. It’s hard to explain this movie, but I promise you will be mesmerized by it. The film has heart, and you really feel for the characters and thier struggles and triumphs. I didn’t agree with everything in it, but found it very interesting to say the least. ]]>
